Privacy notice
Copperfield Data Partners Inc., 1735 Market Street, Suite 3400, Philadelphia, PA 19103, United States, runs leadpaintviolations.com, and this notice applies to it.
Information we collect
- Case review form entries: your name, phone number, and email if you choose to give it. We also get the home's location, your note, and whether a doctor found a child's lead level to be high.
- Phone calls: we keep the calling number, the call's time and duration, plus a recording if the notice on recording states that.
- Server logs hold your IP address, the browser you use, which pages you visit, and when. The site's own script also tracks some actions: when you use the building lookup, start or send the case review form, tap the phone number, or follow a link out to another site. This site sets no cookies for advertising or analytics, and no outside company's tracking code runs on it.
- Building lookups: the borough and address you enter are matched inside your browser, and we don't receive them.
How your information is used
To connect you with the law firm that advertises on this site, to route and handle your call, to run this site safely, and to meet legal duties.
Who gets your information?
Only one kind of recipient gets your calls and form details: the law firm that advertises on Lead Paint Violations. Providers of hosting and call tracking work under contract and process data for us. We do not sell visitor lists.
Agreeing to calls and texts
Your agreement that the firm may call or text you is captured by the sentence next to the form button. With that sentence we also store when you agreed, which browser you used and your IP address. Giving consent isn't required for you to hire a lawyer. Reply STOP to stop texts.
Your rights over this data
You may ask to see what personal information is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, and opt out of selling or sharing it (Do Not Sell or Share). This applies to residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, plus Texas, and to anyone who asks. Using these rights won't change how we treat you. To make a request, call (888) 503-5930 or post a letter to Copperfield Data Partners Inc., 1735 Market Street, Suite 3400, Philadelphia, PA 19103, United States. Before we act on a request, we may check that it really comes from you.
How long is your data kept?
Call records and case review requests are kept as long as needed for handling your request and meeting legal duties, then deleted. On a rolling basis, server logs get deleted.
